I did it! My 6-week route to loving my little black dress is now over and it feels good.
Six weeks of healthy food, regular workouts and of course the satisfaction of experiencing our wonderful beauty treatments at The Body Firm.
Overall, I really enjoyed the journey. Of course, I had some little setbacks… I was occasionally tempted to indulge in ‘naughty’ food and wine. I did not always complete my workouts, either by lack of motivation or simply because I felt tired. But soon, I was back to making smarter, healthier choices.
The combination with The Body Firm’s treatments and the fact that I made a promise (to you and to me) to blog about my body transformation journey kept me going.
All in all, I feel good about the results. When I slipped on my little black dress for the photoshoot, I really felt happy to welcome a fitter, stronger and more determined version of myself! I love that feeling you get when your clothes are starting to fit perfectly again.
It makes such a big difference when you feel good about yourself and confident with your body.
The before and after pictures below show the result of the past 6 weeks. It may not seem all that big of a difference, but I actually dropped a dress size (hurray!)! In total, I lost 6 kg and I went down to a fat % of 35.5%.
I am now on a well-deserved break. I will be back for part 2 of The Little Black Dress Challenge shortly! Stay tuned!
